The contact form
The form on our home page checks what you type inside your own browser. It does not transmit, store or forward your name, email address, organization or message to us or anyone else. When you reload or leave the page, what you typed is gone. To reach us, please use email or phone.
When you email or call us
If you contact us directly, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address or phone number, your organization and the content of your message. We use it to:
- reply to you and handle your enquiry;
- discuss research, design, testing or collaboration related to our hydrokinetic work, where that is what you asked about;
- meet legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations that apply to us.
Please do not send confidential technical material, site data or drawings until we have agreed in writing how it will be handled.
Fonts and hosting
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address and standard browser information. Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep technical server logs, such as IP address, time of request and page requested, for security and operation.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only when needed to answer your enquiry with your agreement, with service providers that support our email and website under their own confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up work, and afterwards only as long as legal or record-keeping obligations require.
Your choices
